NeRPA Refund Policy
It shall be the policy of the Nebraska Recreation and Park Association that the following refund guidelines be utilized.
A. 100% of any registration paid for any workshop or conference may be refunded if an individual notifies the Association, that they will be unable to attend, at least 3 days prior to the start of the workshop or conference.
B. After a workshop or conference starts, any registration paid may be refunded on a request basis only. An individual must make a written request for a refund, stating the reason they were unable to attend. If the Association has already committed any expenses associated with an individual registration, this amount will be deducted from the registration. The remainder will be refunded to the individual or organization who paid the registration.
